Honey Cake

Especially for Rosh Hashana, our delicious and moist honey cake is bursting with rich flavours, tasting the sweet honey, cinnamon and mixed spices, in every bite. If you fancy something a little different, try warming it up too, it goes great with custard or ice-cream! 

Freshly made, with no preservatives or nasties, this cake will stay fresh for 8 days if kept in a tin or airtight container. It also freezes well.

Approx 375g.

If you want this without the flaked almonds on top, please clearly state this in the order.

INGREDIENTS
GF flour blend, rapeseed oil, water, golden syrup, muscovado sugar, honey, free range eggs, raisins, cinnamon, flaked almonds (nuts), bicarbonate of soda, mixed spice, coffee, ginger, sea salt.
